Mechanical Engineering
With a reputation for challenging projects within the stipulated timeframes and budgets, the majority of our work today is in steel fabrication and engineering support services. Civil Engineering
KHESB is proud to offer its services as a complete Design Build partner. Design Build is a Project Delivery System which consists of a procedure to deliver a project where both the design and construction aspects are contracted and undertaken by KHESB. This system often minimizes the project risks and can reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. The benefit of contracting with KHESB to act as a Design Builder is that it creates a single-point of responsibility which can often reduce the risks and the overall costs of a project.
KHESB is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, and management of the various vendors and trades. Before starting a job, KHESB will visit and assess the site. As a result of this, we can then generate an estimate taking into account the cost of materials, the equipment needed, and the cost of labor which we will then use to provide the owner with an approximate price for the project.
KHESB has a long-standing history of successful Construction Project Management. As a leading Construction Manager, we are involved in the overall planning, co-ordination and control of a project right
from the initial inception all the way to it’s completion. Our goal is aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will also be completed in
